Kautex Gives Back
We encourage our employees to actively support non-profit organizations in their local communities with their time and talents. We also support non-profits/NGOs in our local communities as well as international and local non-profits. Through the Textron Matching Gift Program, employees can also match up to $7,500 in donations annually to charities of their choosing.
